Because we want you to start off on the right foot, Bojangles' requires all new franchisees to enroll their management teams of their first two restaurants in our 6-week training course. This program helps prepare you and your staff to properly run the restaurant and build and lead a strong staff. The cost of using Bojangles' training facilities, personnel and resources are included in the franchise fee.

Training that goes above and beyond. Sometimes additional training may be required. If this is the case, your Franchise Business Consultant will be able to suggest a program that best addresses your needs. With over 30 years of restaurant operations experience, we have developed and refined our training programs to address every aspect of running a successful Bojangles' restaurant.

We give insight into your site.

Bojangles' synthesizes 30 years of experience and results to help you and your real estate partner identify sites that meet our ideal site criteria. We'll take into consideration the real estate traits, traffic patterns and demographics of our top 20 revenue producing restaurants, as well as surrounding markets, to justify the location of the site. Together, we'll make the best possible choice and submit it for approval to our Real Estate Committee.

Bojangles' has evolved its restaurant designs to match the times and reflect our customers' desires. Our two new prototype designs feature clean lines, open space and a welcoming environment. They are a wonderful backdrop in which our customers
can enjoy our food and their experience.

To help you build your location, we offer a list of preferred contractors, developers,and highly respected vendor partners for you to utilize for construction, furniture, carpeting, fixtures, small wares and the numerous items that are common in a Bojangles' restaurant.
